Does Alma offer returns and exchanges?
I am flexible and will always do everything I can to make sure my customers are happy! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me first. Alma Jewelry Designs is committed to providing Great Customer Service and making sure my customers are satisfied is very important to me. So, if you have any questions or concerns please do contact me.
I will gladly accept items for exchange if undamaged and I am notified within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of package arriving to customer and we require tracking and insurance on returned packages. Shipping fees are nonrefundable; buyer pays return shipping.
Custom, resized or altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please keep in mind incorporated Antique and Vintage items are not new. This means most of them have been gently used.
USUAL STANDARDS OF VINTAGE ARE ANY ITEM 20 YEARS OR OLDER. USUAL STANDARDS OF ANTIQUE ARE ANY ITEM 100 YEARS OR OLDER.

How long does it take to receive my order?
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. It is approximately 1-3 business days before your order ships. You will receive an email notice when your items ships.

Within the US FedEx – Express 3 day Shipping
Shipping costs $10
Insurance for this item is not included, however FedEx shipping covers declared value of up to $100 for no additional charge for standard shipping. A higher value can be declared for an additional charge.'

How do I care for my jewelry?
Please note: Metals and alloys may discolor over time due to environmental factors such as reaction to skin oils, chemicals, detergents, etc. Please follow our care instructions to prolong the life of your jewelry. Click here for our care instructions.

Can children wear Alma Jewelry Designs?
Our jewelry is comprised of small ingestible components and is not for small children as it can be a choking hazard.. Adult supervision and discretion is required. Jewelry use is entirely at the customer's own risk.
